External Kanban

We have been asked a few times if our wooden nameboards were suitable for external use and unfortunately they are not. So when we were asked by an existing client for an external kanban we thought perhaps it was time to see what we could come up with.

We started with a high quality curved aluminium profile that is used for directional signage in corporate buildings. The graphics are applied to a plastic substrate that fits into the rebate of the frame at the sides and then custom end caps are fitted.

There are hidden fixing points behind the graphic, to gain access a plastic suction tool is used to pop the graphic from the frame.

It took a couple of attempts to end up with the finished kanban that we were happy to add to our range.

Many thanks to Newark Shotokan Karate Club for your patience well we experimented with a number of options.

Although our wooden Kanban are for internal use only, this range can be used both Externally and Internally because the width is reduced from 265mm to 150mm it may be more suited when there are more kana to display.

A4 Student of Month / Year Certificate

 We were recently asked to produce a Student of the Month Certificate for Waterlooville Shotokan Karate Club.

These are all fully custom and we incorporated an image that is sent from the client and their chosen wording. Google "images" is a good place to search for an appropriate image or Adobe or Shutterstock.

We incorporated their logo and club hanko, it is a lot more cost effective if we have produced Kyu or Dan grade certificates as we may already have these custom elements on file.

Oval Hanko

 Here's something a little different, personal stamps with additional art work.

We were recently asked if we could produce a couple of hanko with additional graphics that were sent over to us by our client. 

We suggested going with an oval design that created a little more room for the graphic, the inkan measures 16mm x 11mm and is in a 22mm x 22mm self inking stamp.
